About theater in high schools and personal development

Summary/Abstract: This article talks about the working method in theatre high school groups nowadays. The emphasis should be on the personal development of the students, instead of staging shows. The acting teacher for children must dedicate for the person who is permanently in evolution. The working methods are different from person to person so that one must find specific tactics to adapt to any kind of child, and to respond to his own individual problems. The high school theatre objectives must be the same like the students from 1st year acting university and based on the Stanislavski, Ion Cojar and Viola Spolin methods.
