Summary/Abstract: Career planning represents a very complex and systematic process defining career objectives, developing and implementing strategies, self-evaluation and opportunities analysis, as well as of evaluating the results. This complex process requires both individual’s and organization’s responsibility; that is why certain aspects should be taken into consideration: members of that organization should be recognized and treated as individuals with unique needs, wishes and skills; individuals are more motivated within an organization which meets their desires; individuals can develop, change and discover new ways of action if they the opportunities are shown or if they are encouraged and properly guided.
