Summary/Abstract: The effects-based operations are, first, a new way of thinking military action and war based on a modern approach to their network. Effects-Based Operations are those operations which are planned, executed, evaluated and adjusted based on a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment, to influence or change system behaviour or capabilities using integrated application of selected instruments of power to achieve political objectives.
