Socio-educational problems of free time of female seniors in respect to their own lifes in the Upper Silesia and contemporary civilization changes

Summary/Abstract: The article rises the quality of life in the free time of the Upper silesia female seniors in respect to theirs biographies and contemporary civilization changes. The author analyses and judges from of activities they attend taking into consideration the last gerontology acientific achievements and prospects of the seniors lifes. The scientist also suggest free time activities for those of analysed who does not take advantage of psychophysical opportunities.
