Summary/Abstract: Together with the development of socio-human society, some concerns appeared for their security, and their purpose, and necessary means and conditions were provided for their training and attack rejection. At security basis lay the practice and the strength theory by which principles, norms and methods were issued for force’s organization to achieve aggression deterrence and defence against aggressive actions.
