Summary/Abstract: The ability of management în economic entities is influenced by the context of action converging components of the free market to organize and the quality and operational system of internal control existing în each of them. Given the different interpretations for the concept of internal control, standardization is required, built on the objectives and modalities for the exercise starting from the objectives and ways of exercising it.
