Summary/Abstract: The turnover is the main indicator of a company’s activity, representing one of the most important strategic objectives of business organisations. There can be multiple bases of comparison for the level of the turnover, but they should cover a minimal set of efficiency criteria. The indicators of the dynamics of the turnover must be chosen according to the characteristics of the phenomenon’s dynamic.
