Summary/Abstract: This article proposes an analysis of the practices and activities of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) displayed by the companies in our country and it tries to highlight their evolution, specificities and difficulties experienced through their implementation. It starts from the premise that Corporate Social Responsibility is an indispensable factor of sustainable development in a society with global economy, and Romanian companies cannot remain outside these tendencies. In the final part, some conclusions and final remarks are inserted.
