Summary/Abstract: The analysis of vulnerability studies the potential consequences of an attack on a target, to what extent will the objective be affected, and if will be able to carry out its duties in and after the attack. The analysis of vulnerabilities also suggests the probability of a terrorist attack on a known target. The function of vulnerability analysis consists of identifying the weaknesses of protective plans designed to secure a target or structure and the personnel who designs these plans.
