Summary/Abstract: Many businesses are trying to create a global structure enabling them to transmit ideas quickly from side to side of the world. Until recently, globalization means global slow diffusion of a product belonging to a large company. Today, one can see relatively small firms engaging în a global marketing. Globalization has erased the lines between internal and international trade. Grouping Multi-strategic arrangements în the foreign market entry methods include direct sales, export, contractual arrangements, international strategic alliances and foreign direct investment.
