Summary/Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this article is to present the phenomenological method in the science of management and managers’ education. Methodology The phenomenological method (“phenomenological lens” and “3i” formula) is used. Findings The article presents the view that introducing the phenomenological method into managers’ education will increase their ethical level and efficiency. Phenomenological analysis shows that the phenomenological method, i.e. “phenomenological lens” and “3i” formula, have high educational usefulness, and, moreover, allow creation of a coherent philosophy for the education of managers. Originality Phenomenology is an important perspective of research in the science of management and didactic process.
