Quality management system at the University Library in Zenica in the context of an integrated university and the implementation of librarian standard

Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the concepts of quality and quality management, and the concept of quality management system at the University of Zenica, and the University Library. The paper specifically analyzes the organizational scheme of the University in Zenica, with special emphasis on the establishment of University Library and faculty libraries as its organizational units. Particular attention was paid to the normative-legal segment of quality management with emphasis on the university library procedures and current legislation laying down norms and standards for university librarian activity.
