Summary/Abstract: The issue of reform has plagued the activities of the UN for the better part of 20 years. There have been a lot of sugestions and not much action, with member states disagreeing on all matters, except the fact that the process of reform is mandatory. The paper explores options for change that states, groups of states and members of the academic community find as being the solution to this problem; a solution is also proposed based on the research.
