Immigrants in Poland and integration challenges

Summary/Abstract: The paper looks at the immigration to Poland, key features of the growing immigrant population and main integration challenges. The author provides information about number, status and socio economic characteristics of immigrants with particular attention given to the largest immigrant groups (i.e. Ukrainians and Vietnamese) and groups characterized by a rapid growth (i.e. Turks and Indians). Selected issues of social and cultural integration of immigrants are discussed as well.
