Judgement about the Other

Summary/Abstract: The article begins with thesis about ambiguous and complex human nature that, in a way, determinates individual with various contingencies but also hides this possibility of thinking and freedom for each individual to plan and determine the course of his or her existence. Therefore the article contemplates some current discussions on nature of rationality and ethical judgment because the author holds that our concepts on those matters also determine our stances toward justifiable or nonjustifiable social and legal repression on individual and his or her choices.
