THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY LAW

Summary/Abstract: The study takes in question the specification in the Treaty from Maastricht, which is also mentioned in the text of the Treaty of Amsterdam, according to which the requirements of the environmental protection domain are included in the definition and appliance of other policies of the European Communities. Therefore, the fundamental components of sectorial policies are analyzed in the light of these requirements.
