Approaches on the Influence of Religious Sentiment on Imprisoned Persons

Summary/Abstract: We consider that some general aspects regarding the manifestation of the religious sentiment are valid, to a certain extent, both for the detainees and for the rest of the population. Thus, religiosity represents the result of a factorial analysis, such as: the sensory level, age (the cohort effect, the period effect, aging), modernity, family, gender and time. The same factors influence, to a different extent the religiosity of the detainees.
