In a pre-dominant opinion the social skills training, as long as it is employd in a long term (2 or 3 years), brings about better functioning and social adaptation. After the initial assessment of effects we have acheved one can observe an improvement in the "ąuality of being ill". Continuation of the relapse prevention program may mąkę it possible to formulate further conclusions concerning influence of the program on the course of schizoprenic psychosis. It is also recommended that the efficiency of activities motivating patienfs families to cooperate should be increased.
