Summary/Abstract: If we relate strictly to the notion of corruption, it can be asserted that this phenomenon existed from ancient times. There are some opinions which argue that the human tendency to corruption has always existed. The phenomenon of corruption does not refer only to bribery, abuse, receiving undue benefits or other crimes related to corruption, being rather an illicit intersection of the public authorities sphere with private sector.
