Comparison with real-life documents provides a vivid demonstration of kross’ intention to recreate the landscape of Estonian cultural history, to develop a national project emphasizing the role of great Estonian figures in big history. also, a layer of allusions is revealed, consisting of references to life after the mid-20th century.
