The economic impact of spatial policy on the example of Brzeziny rural community

Summary/Abstract: Spatial policy of self governments is an important factor in the development of communities. However, it leads to a number of economic consequences, which, due to the existing legal conditions are not duly respected by these authorities. In longer term, such a policy can result in serious financial problems of municipalities that enacted more local spatial development plans than their budgetary possibilities.
