Summary/Abstract: In the article the author proves legitimacy and expediency of introduction in a scientific turn of concept «social experts of paternity». Social experts of paternity are considered in the article from the point of view of integrative paradigms. The author allocates the functions of the father which are carried out by him at all stages of historical development.
