Jewish post-war literature in Poland and Italy’], Wydawnictwo UMCS, Lublin 2009 Did the Holocaust survivors find a homeland for themselves in Italy and Poland after 1945? This question is hard to answer unequivocally; yet, searching for a reply is already a sort of reply. As the institutions being responsible ex officio, as it were, for providing a sense of security have not expressed an interest, the task was taken over by writers. Laura Quercioli-Mincer has succeeded in fishing out certain especially interesting items.
