Summary/Abstract: In the studios there can be distinguished two basic parts. The first of them comprises theoretical problems from the world semantic, connected, during the time of Aliegri, to the secular, first and foremost to the political everyday life of Europe and before that they had exist in the symbols of the masons. The comments are based on “... of Dante” by Rene Guenion and there it is used information in other to clear the complexity of the conception, put into the modification of the French revolutional flagon 1789 which had lead to the specialization of the Italian and the Hungarian flags as a combination of colors and the position of these colors It is revealed the truth about the acceptation of the white, the green and the red as colors of the Bulgarian flag-with the Bulgarian Constitution (1789). The second part puts these theoretical truths in the historical context of the revolutions from the 18-th and the 19-th century till 1917 in order to be explained the connection between the conception for the defeat of the European empires and the exoterisme selected for the new bourgeois countries on the continent. It is modified the Georgi Stoikov Rakovski' s role as well as other roles of the eminent leaders of the Bulgarian national revival for the acceptation of the colors as semantic of the exoterisme signs on the material of the Bulgarian flag in the terms of the found Third Bulgarian kingdom in the moment.
