Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the original R. Ingarden’s concept of artwork particularization, intentional aesthetical subsistence shapes: aesthetical immanent object – particularity, aesthetical empathy and a variety of values coming into the world. In the limelight is aesthetical act in which artwork and intentional subject’s conscious interaction creates new heteronomical, special ontical structures – aesthetical immanent objects – particularities. Artwork’s particularity expresses itself as a polysemantic phenomenon of conscious, which has static and dynamic characteristics. Also, in it are hidden intentions that have to be analysed when talking about artwork. Through particularity, an artwork joins a specific spiritual-cultural life and receives individual aesthetical-artistical values, just becomes sensible. Artwork’s particularity concept, abstracted by R. Ingarden, may be assigned to a universal philosophic category which expresses the condition of aesthetical sensation.
