The social implications of the production of textiles in the Bronze Age

Summary/Abstract: This article aims at achieving considerations on the social implications of textile production in the Bronze Age. Thus, we try to answer some questions on gender of craftsmen, social importance of production of fabrics and other social implications of textiles. We present some findings from Europe and try to translate the model to study Eastern Carpathian area.
