Summary/Abstract: The increasing use of case management in the social service and health care delivery system is an attempt to provide a strategy that will minimize the gaps in services and fragmentation in the provision of services to clients with mental illnesses. One of the advantages of the case management is that the responsibility does not divide between different services and specialists, responsible for the clients.
