Summary/Abstract: (heaven and hell) IN THE BEGINNING there was the smorgasbord. It all started with the smorgasbord breakfast, doctor, in the hotel dining room overlooking the sea. Not being able to stop eating never happened to me before that. I immediately asked if it was possible to have the smorgasbord breakfast in my room but it was said that taking food out of the dining room was not allowed but there I was FREE to eat as much as I wanted. It all started then. I ate as much as I could. Every morning, doctor, every morning.
