Summary/Abstract: This article reports the results of a piece of research carried out with the purpose of understanding the learning outcomes of participation in a wide-ranging educational project. The findings indicate that participants develop in many, sometimes unexpected, ways and that development pertains to professional and personal levels. The processes and sources of learning are equally complex and diverse.
