Summary/Abstract: Social pathology is a toxic and threatening phenomenon for the human person because it goes beyond the scope of his internal self-regulatory capacity. It takes place simultaneously at several levels of human functioning, for example, at the socio-ethical, psychological and spiritual level. The offender is usually not in a position to independently adapt to standards or adopt certain values, has a difficult contact with his or her environment, may experience psychological problems and, finally, the impairment and distortion may also be spiritual aspects of his functioning and self- -realization. The interactions of rehabilitation should be conducted on comparable levels, covering different aspects of the pathology, by a supporting and accompanying personal relationship, psychological support and spiritual support. A multi-dimensional approach to the problem is conducive to maximizing social reintegration.
