Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the explanation of the amending form of legislation and amendments to the legislation which still has not entered into force, as it is regulated by the Legislative Rules of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended. In particular, it points out formal (legislative-technical) differences of this kind of amendments, indicating the practical examples (Act No. 274/2008 Coll. and Parliamentary Press No. 592/0).
