Research on the satisfaction of clients of local government units

Summary/Abstract: One of the aims of local government units is to focus on providing their residents with appropriate living conditions and also on the functioning of enterprises which are located on a given territory. The case is assessed by the level of workers’ as well as external clients’ satisfaction (including individual persons and other clients). The paper characterizes methods, techniques and major barriers for measuring clients’ satisfaction.
