Summary/Abstract: Free exercise of profession, dignity, conscience, independence, probity, humanism, honor, loyalty, gentleness, moderation, tact and sense of fraternity are key principles of the legal profession and its duties are to be respected both in ones’ professional activity,but also in private life. The article analyzes the general principles of the lawyers’ profession, the notary profession and bailiff profession.
