Quality of services delivered by non- -government organisations based on an example of charity for children „Zdążyć z Pomocą”

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the opinions of beneficiaries of „Zdążyć z Pomocą” charity for children, related to the quality of services. Quality is an important issue that covers all parties functioning on the market, including non-government organisations. Therefore quality assessment of services helps to improve them and to adjust better to the local circumstances. The research revealed that beneficiaries had high expectations regarding the level of services they receive.
