The indebtedness in the relations – a management instability factor

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the indebtedness in the relations as a management instability factor. This is grounded with the rise of different kind of relations upon the realization of the management process. When equality between them is impossible to be secured then indebtedness emerges. The formal and informal indebtedness in the relations are considered and the variants between managers, managers and subordinates, and subordinates and subordinates are analyzed.
