Summary/Abstract: From the outset of a previous publication by the scholar EP Hamp (Hamp 1966) discussing the apparent phylogenetic abnormalities of the Albanian, at least from the point of view of the genesis of its vocabulary within West Indo-European, in particular those of central and northern Europe. Despite this first work, some Balcanologists (Huld 1984) continue to wonder about the lack of correspondence between Albanian and Germanic and Celtic, despite historical and archaeological evidence showing cultural resemblance relationships, including material and materials material assets. There are clearly relevant linguistic relations between the Albanian and the Baltic language group (ancient Prussian, Lithuanian, Latvian).
