Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojama Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto neakademinio personalo neformaliojo ir savaiminio mokymosi pasiekimų vadybos srityje įvertinimo patirtis. Čia apibūdinami neformaliojo ir savaiminio mokymosi pasiekimų įvertinimo procedūros etapai ir vertinimo metodika, pristatoma įvertinimo procedūros taikymo universitete patirtis remiantis dalyvavusių kandidatų požiūriu ir refleksijomis This article analyses the experience of evaluating non-formal and informal learning achievements among Vytautas Magnus University’s non-academic personnel. The article describes the stages of the evaluation procedure, and the evaluation methods used to assess non-formal and informal learning achievements. It presents the experience from the application of the evaluation procedure at the University based on the viewpoints and reflections of the participating applicants.
