Activities Promoting the Person as a Way of Solving the Question of Unemployment

Summary/Abstract: Unemployment is a severe social phenomenon that concerns, or may concern, a considerable number of people. Having in mind the necessity to overcome it, attention should be paid to the need for the pedagogues to be engaged in developing activity and creativity in their pupils, in overcoming their helplessness. Actions promoting the value of the person, that are the basis of personalistic education, are a way to solve this issue.
