Summary/Abstract: The inalienability voluntary provision has been accepted in romanian case law with same limitations from french case law (temporary character, vested and lawful interest). Concordantly with its legal nature, voluntary provision has as a main effect the narrow of legal provision, attribute contained by the right of private property. More precisely, the right which is the subject of inalienability clause can not be alienated by legal acts inter vivos, or by conventions.
