The Creator and the Creation in “Dream of Happiness”: Overcoming the Differences

Summary/Abstract: Using Paul de Man’s key concepts of metaphor and “literature as deconstruction”, this text interprets ways, in which Pencho-Slaveykov’s poetry book “Dream of happiness” erases differences between “songs”, “nature”, and beloved, gathering them in the figure of artifact – the modern native Land, which is where are our “children”, or our creatures.
