Summary/Abstract: In her article “Diversity in the Workplace: search for similarities” Susan Heathfield considers what impact have similarities and differences on human relations in the workplace. she advises the employee how easier to establish contact with his col- leagues, relying on the similarities between them, but also gives guidance to employers how to optimize the working environment, communicating with his employees on the interpersonal level.
