Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the phenomenon of error in the structure of human activity. Error is considered from the ontological and anthropological perspective as a factor of anthropo-sociogenesis and as a socio-cultural mechanism provoking subjective activity and reflexive way of thinking. The problem is investigated using the works of Russian and foreign authors.
