Rozwój kompetencji etycznych dla dobra młodych ludzi
The development of the ethic competence for the well-being of young people.

Summary/Abstract: My intervention is about the ethic and social dimension of the familyschool and community relationships. The intention is to argue in support of the importance of the ethical competence as condition for an education able to promote the flowering of capacities and, together, the well – being of young people, in quality terms (of being well) of being person, considered not only respect their economic welfare, but for their capacity to give a shape to commitments, objective and values [Sen, 1994,p. 63 e 2006, p. 54]. In my submission I will consider, the results of the research “Il Patto di corresponsabilità: Funzione educativa ed efficacia nella gestione delle relazioni scuola, student, famiglie” (“Pact of co-responsibility: educational function and efficacy in the management of the relationship between school, students and family ”) conducted in 3 high schools of Imperia during the scholar year 2010-2011,1 whose main purpose was to evaluate the values and normative dimension and to assess how, to what extent and to which conditions, values and norms, present in the Agreement, can orient to successfully resolve emerging conflicts between the various stakeholders.
