Custom and Law based on the lexical and phraseological means of the Albanian Language

Summary/Abstract: This research paaper has to do with the saying of one of the greatest German philosopher and linguist Wilhelm von Humboldt (1767-1835), who emphasizes that "the internal form of the language reflects the distintive features of the spiritual and people´s world outlook". He pointed out that every language has his own structure which reflects and which is subject to the ways of thinking and to their own ways of representation of their nation. This phenomena appears everywhere, and we can find it in the performance of the law and the custom, ovierviewed from the lexico-phraseological point of the Albanian language and literary works.
