The Church and rural communities in XXI centrury

Summary/Abstract: The article here is part of the Doctor’s degree thesis entitled The Church and the Human Communities, affirmed at the “Al. I. Cuza” Iaşi University, in 2007 (The Faculty of Philosophy, area of specialization - Sociology), scientific coordinator professor doctor Vasile Miftode. It is presented a part of the sociological research concerning a rural community and the way the Church influences the human behavior. The study shows the investigation, by the means of a questionnaire, applied to the Christian-orthodox community from Lacu Sărat – Brăila, in 2006.
