A Forecast of the Angola Population Till 2025

Summary/Abstract: This particle considers a period of population development in Angola from 1985 till 2025. The analysis includes a research of methods of age-specific fertility rates that can be grouped as follows: 1) Model of late childbearing; 2) Model of intermediate childbearing; 3) Model of early childbearing. The article discusses the rapid population growth in Angola, the birth rate, the total fertility rate, the death rate, infant mortality rate, average life expectancy, population density, and its age structure. The author discusses the causes for the high fertility, natality and mortality of the Angola population. The author uses a middle variant for a population forecast. The article includes a synthetic analysis of the demographic policy in Angola.
