Methods of reducing operational risk in sheltered workshops

Summary/Abstract: This article describes how to measure operational risk in a sheltered workshop. It shows proposals to two models to optimize the structure of employment because of two criteria. One of them is to maximize compensation for lost productivity. The second maxim-izes relief under the mandatory payments to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities given by sheltered workshops to their clients. The structure of employment determined by the presented models can help reduce the risks associated with operating ac-tivities sheltered workshops.
