Risk management in local government unitson the example of the City Hall in Chojnice

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present a way of organising the risk management process in a local government unit on the example of the city hall in Chojnice. The author analysed internal procedures of risk management in the studied local government unit. Attention was drawn to necessary stages of risk management in the city hall in Chojnice, the structure of responsibility for completion of the process and the methodology of risk identification and analysis which was adopted in the unit.
