Summary/Abstract: The present paper presents, in a synthetic manner, the research results obtained through interviewing teachers from university level regarding the role of career counseling of students. The research data affirm the possibility and availability of university teachers to assume the role of student’s career counselor. The paper also analysis the possible advantages and disadvantages of this possible role.
