Critical Theory and Anthropology of Science

Summary/Abstract: The work presents the social being of science analyzed in the light of the concept of sociotechnical nets, i.e. it seeks to draw out the anthropological dimensions of science. An attempt has been made to renew the discussion on the theory of mediating structures and its instrumental function in analyzing the contemporary society, discussion that has been going on for more than 10 years among certain segments of the Bulgarian sociological and humanitarian circles.
